Job description:Finish work already started and not completed (builder just did not come back! Involves possible rebuilding of top of porch - window bowed, fascia bent and joints at corners seperating, ? if support on outer corner of porch sufficient. Floor needs screeing but electric cable needs to be chased in first. Lead flashing on roof (done with sand and cement only and leaking, porch needs plastering/rendering inside and part of wall outside needs rendering, stairs to be replaced on decking in back garden (present ones unusable), bags of sand and cement left by previous builder to be removed and some rubble (not a gret amount. also ned some interior decorating doing - landings and stairs over 3 floors and small toilet in loft room.
