Job description:Remove stonebuilt fireplace and surround 12' long. Fireplace 4' high with 18" high stone built shelves in alcove wither side. Replastering the whole wall and chimney breast. install new firesurround. Build internal wall (previously removed by prior owners) to block of hall and stairs from lounge. Part wall already there at base of stairs. Complete length of wall approx 12' including requirment for double doors from hall to lounge.
