Job description:terraced house 2up 2down - presently 1 bedroom at back and 1 large bathroom. Wish to convert bathroom to a bedroom, (taking out redundant immersion heater cupboard and cylinders and bathroom fixtures and fittings). Create a 'jubilee' bathroom over the stairs which would involve taking a little off the current back bedroom. Undecided whether to transfer present bathroom fixtures and fitting or to replace them.
