Job description:I have a Victorian house with an outhouse on the back of the kitchen, which is half the width of the kitchen, which I'd like extended to be full width to become a utility room, complete with plumbing for washing machine and a sink. I would also like a wall knocking through to form a door into this new room, and the old kitchen door bricked up. Separate to this I'd like one of the dining room walls brought down (it is supporting), and a set of French doors put in where a window currently exists.
