Job description:Two storey side extension: Reception room downstairs and bedroom with ensuite upstairs. Plot to measure 6.2m x 4m, Currently there is a conservatory in this place but this will be removed prior to work commencing. Good access to side of the house. No knock through required downstairs and limited knock through upstairs as there is currently a window where the door will go. The roof will be part tiled and flat roof for dorma to keep in line with the rest of the property. All viewings for quotes need to be on a weekend date.
