Job description:Single storey side and front extension to include a third bedroom, cloak room and larger new kitchen. Existing outbuildings need clearing. Planning permission and building regs have been passed on a two two storey extension with the same footprint, awaiting agreement on a non-material amendment to reduce to single storey. Additional electrics, double glazing windows and extension to existing central heating required. Hoping to start as soon as possible.
