Job description:1st floor, 2 bed, 1 bath flat of circa 1,000 sq ft needs renovating, looking for a builder who can do all the including: New carpet and wood flooring (includes sound insulation) Replace current bathroom Replace current Kitchen Widen single door to double door (needs structural support beam) Replace 6 doors Stripping, plastering and painting New skirting Electrical rewiring Needs to be replumbed as there are currently 2 boilers- 1 of which is broken and these need to be emalgenated New lighting to consist of recessed and stripped spot lighting
