Big renovation job, for early jan 07 in Canton

Job description:-Old fittings removed. -Old floorboards removed. -New tile/slate floor on hardboard base installed. -New fittings installed including wall tiling. -Minimum plumbing needed as new fittings near position of old ones, new radiator required though -Possibly larger extractor fan and shaver power point installed in terms of the electrics. We are undecided on whether we will supply the fittings and tiles or whether these are part of the package supplied by the contractor (including measurements taken by them) Job to happen early next year, no definite date as yet.
