Extend kitchen and upgrade utility room in Llanishen

Job description:i have kitchen that needs extending out towards a utility room on the side of the house. the distance is about 4 foot but there is a downstairs toilet in the way. i am hoping to move the toilet into the utility room or to a recess space under the stairs where the fridge freezer currently is. the utility room is currently only single brick and there is damp on the inner walls - i need the utility room floor to be made flat and for the room to be upgraded and plastered through out - the kitchen will also need to be replastered as will most rooms in the house - it is a 3 bed semi detached house - i need advice on what would be the best way forward and if the utility room can be renevated and the toilet moved to extend the kitchen
