Repairs to chimney/lead flashing/ ridge tiles in Llanishen

Job description:Repairs to one existing brick chimney and associated lead flashing, from street level it also looks as though the ridge tiles closest to the chimney have risen and may be loose. Moisture has been coming into the house down the chimney. There is no apparent moisture in the loft although there are some dried out water marks on the brickwork to the chimney within the loft. There is damp at ground level in the property situated to the front face of the chimney. I need someone who can investigate this problem and carry out the required repairs to the roof and chimney to make sure the roof is water tight again. Builders must guarantee their work and be Approved FMB
