Job description:I have a flat roof over a garage conversion in a semi-detached house (therefore the neighbours garaga adjoins mine), which I would like converted to a pitched roof. The garage conversion needs its suspended ceiling taken down and replaced with insulated plaster board to increase the height of the room and improve its appearance. The party wall and front wall inside, needs to be lined with insulated plaster board to retain heat in the room (the skirting board therefore needs to be taken off and replaced too).
