Job description:We have a porch which is mainly windows that has some brickwork at the front of the house. We will remove the old brickwork but we need to someone to rebuild the external wall to extend to the end of the building, effectively extending the porch. This will incorporate room for a toilet downstairs. New wall approximate size will be 220cm x 70cm and a single storey only. There will be some work needed to level the floor also. As an extra we will be looking at replacing the flat roof on the porch and also potentially rendering.
