Job description:Internal kitchen walls (outside toilet;not load bearing) 2 walls measuring 1675mm x 885mm to be knocked down. Patio door to be removed and fitted with 2390mm folding door. A lintel will have to be fitted. No ceiling work to be carried out. Floor of old toilet will need leveling with kitchen 150mm approx. Ouside wall of house needs re-rendering height 5500mm (approx) leaning to 4575(mm approx), width 2980mm. Guttering also needs attention front and back of house. Other work also available for quotes.
