Job description:First Floor Extension Currently a single story attached garage 4M x 8M. I have planning concent and have confirmed footing on extisting garage sufficent to build above. Remove roof of existing garage, timber frame new first floor, and new roof. Existing garage to be divided into 2 parts, front to remain a garage, rear to become living area. isolate and floor new living area and install new stais to upstairs extension. Internal Porch Dig out footing, new floor, and 2 walls, one to include front door.
