Building of dwarf wall with damp proof and suitable shallow foundations (non structural) which is mostly glazed and encompases french doors (total opening to be filled 2150mm). Moving 2 dranage ducts. Building up of floor level in extened area with waterproofing and insulation. Battons and plasterboarding with insulation behind of another wall. Plastering.
