Job description:Dear Sir We are planning to extend our house in the near future and would be interested in receiving your quotation for the work. We are planning a single storey side extension to both enlarge the existing kitchen and to create an additional living room. Approx 23m2 in total Our address is 6 Mace Walk, Chelmsford, CM1 2GE We have had plans drawn up, have approval from the council that the design falls within the permitted development rights of the house and also have approval of the plans from building control. I have drawn up further details in a document, if you get in touch I can emial it to you. As you can imagine we are asking a number of firms for quotations, we will then be comparing price, timeframes and speaking to references before making a decision. We look forward to your reply.
