Job description:I am starting a dog grooming business and need suitable space which would be to the side of my house. I need advice of the cheapest and quickest option as I need it ready to be operational in April. The area to the side of my house is 4m x 5m and is withing permitted building without needing permission. I have had plans drawn up by an architect but not yet had building regs done as I am not sure whether to have a brick built extension or buy a log cabin that would not be attached to the house and would not need building regs. I would appreciate some assistance so I can be ready in good time to get going after I finish my training which will be the whole of March. Thank you
