Job description:Extend first floor above already extended ground floor. Extension consisting of main bedroom + onsuite + refurbish family bathroom. Floor plans already done and approved project but run out of date (Dec 2008). Approx size of the extension: 4.8m by 3.6m. Key aspects of the extension: - dismantle existing roof - erect new roof structure - insulate floor and loft - install new floor to first storey - electrics - plumbing and drainage - install new windows (x2) - plasterboard and plaster new walls - render outside and paint Bathroom suite, fitting and tiles supplied (not to be included in budget)
