Job description:I live in ground floor maisonnette. Underneath the outside stairs (access to back garden for upstairs) I have a storage area (used to be an outside toilet). Brickwork is very dodgy, need quote and to know whether it's structural (i.e. upstairs have to be involved). Job is to knock out old walls and rebuild.
