Rear Personnel door to rear. Opening window and ventilation. Rear 1.6 metres to be studded off for use as utility room, hence internal door to garage area. Needs new base and some groundworks to provide drain to main sewer Required to demolish existing "Compton" type garage, remove hardcore and lay new base with groundworks for electrickery and drainage Quotation required urgently for work beginning 4 - 8 weeks
