Job description:I wish to swap the use of two/three room on the ground floor of my grade II listed thatched cottage. Currently we have a ground floor bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is not required and it becoming a sitting room (with an ensuite!). So where the kitchen is currently, I wish this to become the bathroom and the ensuite will become the kitchen. There is more envolved as I wish to open up what is currently the utility room and the 'outside store' and integrate these two spaces into the (new) kitchen area.
