Job description:Kitchen area 230x350cm needs stripped of existing kitchen, then rewired, re-plumbed, re-plastered for a new kitchen. Plumbing includes sink/dishwasher,washing machine waste and supply as well as the replacement and repositioning of an electric hot water tank. Rewiring includes channelling for new cabling for all appliances and power/lighting accessories as well as a new kitchen fusebox. A ventilation duct needs fitted to a new grill and new cabling/switches. All walls will need re-plastered and one of the walls needs thickened to be able to hold electrical accessories and a small section of it rebuilt together with an adjacent laminated panel. Work must conform to building regulations. Floor needs ceramic tiles.
