Job description:Renovation of 500 sq ft site. I will email through site diagram and requirements. * demolition: break down soft partitioning walls, remove flooring. * fixing & plastering: install new partitioning wall, install a portion of a ceiling * plumbing: re-route plumbing, move toilet, install dishwasher. * carpenting: lay wooden floors, replace seating at window. * painting: paint all walls * electrics: install new lights, test electrics, install CCTV. * in addition, do some small handyman work at our other site nearby. * produce site / building control diagrams, if possible. Please contact me to arrange site viewing to quote. Timing is critical and we're looking to start construction on 21-Jan with planning and diagrams done before that date.

Budget:£15,000 - £30,000
