Job description:Looking at opening up living room ceiling (c. 10-15 sqm) all the way to the roof to use so far unused loft space. This would add up to c. 150cm in ceiling height. In addition, I would like to restore the brickwork on one of the walls. At the same time, I am planning a new kitchen (American kitchen which can be installed once ceiling work is done), replacing floors in the whole flat (c. 45 sqm - except bathroom) and some painting work.
