Job description:we have an old conservatory that needs pulling down. We need it replaceed with new. Although im calling it conservatory, were aiming for more room like without planning. Meaning we want the brick work at the bottom, and glass at the top and a standard sized UPVC door,an poly carbonate roof.We would like to go out twice the original size, and would like to make the ends solid and not glass as they view on to the garage one end and fencing on the other end. Inside we would like the floor level to rise and meet the lounge and kitchen level. Also we would like to open the kitchen up to open into the conservatory. Also we would like to remove the lounge window and replace with french doors, to flow into the conservatory. At the front of the propery we need the dwarf wall replaced and block paved. Also we need the front and side of property smooth rendered. We are on a budget, and can help to cut costs with pulling the wall down at the front, and removing the old conservatory.Fitting windows. We just need to speak to a good builder that knows what hes doing, and understands where were coming from. Really we would like a site visit and to meet the builder to speak face to face.
