Wood underneath a patio door has rotted away leaving the door sagging and unable to close properly in Pier

Job description:Sliding patio door is sagging as the wood underneath the metal frame has rotted away. I think the door needs to come out for new concrete/wood foundation to be laid and the frame and doors put back. I can email photographs.
