Moving kitchen and knocking down walls in Cleckheaton

Job description:We are wanting to knock three rooms into one. Currently there is a dining room, galley kitchen and bedroom. We require one internal wall knocking out and a 3.6m steel beam installing (between dining room and current kitchen). We also require part of another wall knocking out and another beam installing (this is between the current kitchen and bedroom). We require a stud wall building in the bedroom to halve the size of the room and finally the kitchen moving into the bedroom so we will require water and gas moving to support this along with all the necessary electrics for a kitchen. We have plans from a structual engineer detailing the size and type of beams to use.
