Complete conversion of a 2 room cellar in Coalville

Job description:We have a 2 room cellar that we would need converting into living space. It has already electric and central heating installed. There is an excisting coal slide from the front of the building and if it rains the water stands inside the 2 rooms. It is very damp and we are not able to store anything down there atm due to it molding straight away. We also would like the floor to be lowered, so that we have enough hight to stand in either room upright.
