Job description:Kitchen Walls plastered New ceiling Floor tiling (Design?) Install kitchen units (cabinets are together already) Add gas hob, elec oven (we need to extend the gas supply to the kitchen for this, we already have gas CH) Add / move / remove power sockets Install extractor fan (would mean cutting through the external wall) AND to fix damp - Lowering external kitchen wall, air bricks etc... (we have exact details) Loft Install fire/safety wall between properties.
