Bathroom Roof, strip and clear Old felt, prepare deck and lay 3 laye felt system with Green mineral finish, all turned up house wall to form water tight seal, form upstands and drip to other edges. Kitchen, Form new opening through to Utility room, insert lintol, lower floor level on Utility side and form two steps. Utility Room. form new Doorway through outside wall,insert suitable Lintol, fit door frame and hang framed ledged and braced door with Lock and Handles. Front Bedroom Windows. Supply and fit Windows to match existing. All work to be made good inside and out.
