Vent for tumble dryer pipe in New Town

Job description:I have a small kitchen with a tumble dryer but no were to put the vent pipe, unless opening the door wide which isn't good in the winter months.
What i need is a vent put into the wall so i can connect the pipe or disconnect when not needed
Budget:I'm not sure
