Job description:1. one existing room to be stripped out and refitted to become a consulting room; will need all shelving removing, walls may need replastering and painting; new flooring to be installed, sink and units with worktops to be installed, all electrical points to be reviewed. 2. one additional room to be constructed internally and fitted out to become a consulting room as above; 3. doors reconfigured; reception area reconfigured and 4.main entrance door replaced to comply with DDA legislation. Majority of work will need to be over weekends to reduce impact on patients. If successful then work must be completed by March 2012.
