Job description:rear double and single storey extention to extend single storey on the dinning room.Then extend double storey on the kitchen to make kitchen larger and add a fourth bedroom on top of kitchen. Using a flat roof on the single storey and a pitched roof on the double storey , plans already passed and work needs to be started by july 07. Approx diamentions cumming out of the rear of the house 10ft and the whole length of the rear of the property 20ft .
