Fire-wall needed in semi-detatched attic space in West Bergholt

Job description:I need a fire-wall built in the loft space of a semi-detached house that I am buying. The wall will need to span about 17ft and will have to meet current regulations (which I believe require a wall to be fire resistant for 30 minutes). There is no partition in the attic between the two houses so this would need to be installed also.
