Job description:The property has no kitchen. so a complete refit. Most of the flooring needs replacing. Take the bath out of bathroom, fit shower. Paint walls doors possibly ceiling, some walls need to be made good. Might need a new back door. It has a cloakroom, again the floor needs replacing or maybe finishing off properly (no beading at the edges). lounge dining room 21'1 reducing to 9'6 x 16'10 reducing to 9'11. Kitchen 12'1 x 9'5. Bedrooms 8'8 x 6'5. 12'3 x 7'7. 11'7 x 9'2. 10'10x 7'11.
