Job description:The single storey extension to the rear will be approx 24 square metres. It will extend both living room and kitchen. The roof will be tiled and skylights will be fitted. An existing upstairs window will have to be raised to accommodate the roof of extension. The rear wall of the house has to be removed and an RSJ fitted. The porch will be a dwarf wall with glass all round and front door. The roof will be tiled. Planning permission has been applied for and a decision is due anyday.
