Job description:we have purchased the glass windows,doors & roof for a 5.2 by 3m conservatory which needs built onto a 300mm high 7.5m long 3m wide foundation. the structure is to consist of one full height 5.2m long fire wall, a 3.2m long dwarf wall(less double doors) and a 5.2m long dwarf wall (less double doors) plus the fitting of the glass by a qualified person,plumbed for 3 double rads, 3/4 double socket-telephone/internet & tv connections plus wired for cieling lights and electric blinds. plans have been drafted though based on 3 by 4m i have consulted with building control whom have no issue i am still waiting on word from planning as to wether an application is required or not which i hope to here from in the next day or two, plans are available for more detailed pricing
