Job description:1) Extension of first floor gallery, (which overlooks the ground floor living room), to increase its useable floor space; Gallery is currently approx 3.94m x 0.75m. 2) Remove partition in living room, comprising part low level brick peninsular and part glazed panel, and make good; 3) Plasterboard/plaster interior brickwork of porch/entrance lobby (approx 2.5m x 1.5m but about two thirds glazed); 4) Possible re-modelling of entrance from porch/entrance lobby to living room
