Job description:Move door way through to kitchen from right hand side to the centre to create a full gally kitchen. Brick up the door throught to the utility area so we can utilise that sapce in kitchen. Create a new external door using the window space in the dining room through to the garden. We would also like the utility area taking down - this has a radiator, and electrics in. It also has a tiled floor. We would like this removing so it can be incorporated into garden space again.

Budget:£4,000 - £8,000
