Job description:We require a house renovation on a 3 bed terrace property in Foleshill, Coventry. This is not urgent work but would like to get started ASAP. We need to renovate the property for the rental market, therfore we need new electrics, additional central heating, stairs, floor levelling and plastering work completed, ideally we would like to give this to one company, all we want to have to do is decorate so that we can have tenants move in.
