Job description:The house is currently configured into 2 separate flats and needs converting back to it's original state. Brief descriptions of rooms and jobs as follows: 1. Hallway landing and stairs - a studded wall needs to be removed along with 2 fire door entrances. Some electrical work will need to be carried out and all walls and ceiling need skimming. Laminate flooring will need to be installed along with skirting. 2. Lounge - Old gas fire needs to be removed and a new wall mounted fire installed on to the chimney breast. All walls and ceiling needs to be skimmed. New internal door requires installation. Laminate flooring installation required. 3. Kitchen - new kitchen needs to be fitted along with integral appliances. New door and arcatrave needs installing. Radiator needs moving to another section of the kitchen (pipes already in place). Some skirting will be required. 4. Downstairs Shower Room - Old suite needs removing and replaced with new suite. Some piping a electrical work will be required. 5. Main Bathroom - Old suite needs removing and replaced with new suite. Walls and ceiling to be skimmed and spot lights in ceiling. Walls and floor to be fully tiled and towel radiator installed. Re routing of pipes and electrical work will be required. 6. 3 bedrooms - all walls and ceiling to be skimmed. 7. Garage - flat roof needs to be replaced with pitched roof. Car Port needs removing. Outside garden gate needs to be fitted. Job needs to be completed quickly but to a high standard. Please contact me for detailed information.
