Job description:The 'utility' room at the back of my house has been there for years, but was never built to a high standard or tied into the house. It has a flat roof which is now leaking and the walls are cracked, with a gap between the room and the house. I need somebody to come out, have a look, then probably knock it down and completely rebuild it.
