Job description:We have a small rear extension that we presume a previous owner has built, it is not of very good quality. We would like to do it up and make it use-able as a utility room. Jobs would include external/internal pointing, plastering, roofing, plumbing, flooring, plus we have a few other bits and bobs around the house like fitting an extractor fan in the bathroom, strengthening a lintel and removing and replacing a iron downpipe from the side of the house.
