Job description:Small, 1960's, 3 bedroom semi has large existing extensions. - Take down most or all of existing garage extension 6m x 3.5m approx (not adjoining semi side) and bedroom 4.4m x 3.2m above and rebuild garage with bedroom over. - Take down/modify existing conservatory 2.7m x 5.1m and replace with lounge extension (needs RSJ) - Take down existing workshop (breeze block and wood) and replace with kitchen diner 3.6 m x 6m with low pitched roof. We have been to Rugby planning department who indicate that this would be approved. But we need to know what it is likely to cost. We have some experience and would project manage this ourselves although we would appreciate recommendations for other trades. To start in October/November 2011.
