Build third party wall in loft, insulate and board loft, light, possibly construct new loft opening in Gurnard

Job description:Hi there, THe hoouse doesn't currently have a third party wall in the loft and one needs to be installed. Also the loft needs to be insulated and boarded and basic lighting fitted. A new hatch in a more convenient location is also considered. Many thanks in advance.
