Repair to rotten windows in Addiscombe

Job description:We have a brick and glass built small extension to the back of our house which has a sloping concrete tiled roof. Some of the window frames are rotten and consequently during heavy rainfall, the extension leaks. We would like to make the extension water tight by replacing the bits of wood that are rotten and sealing up any gaps
