Revitalise the garage in Addiscombe

Job description:We have a large garage it can easily fit 2 cars. its currently concrete but its not air tight. i would like to make the best use of this garage, and this have given me 2 choice. the first one is the renew the garage, and driveway with a new garage that is water tight and i can use for car storage and garden tools. the other option is to convert into a small room and storage; i can then use the small room for games, gym and there is still space for a car. I am open to suggestions and am hoping to start work as soon as posible
