Job description:Knock down orshorten chimney breast on partition, destroy bugs ie. very big spiders under the floor in front room near chimney breast. Shore up house with steel work especially partition wall. Create loft room with good access. break down, clean and renovate completely all joists floor boards and ceilings. This is important as I have a serious bug problem due to previous renovation that wasnt carried out properly, rewire whole house, put in steels are recomended by structural engineer. New double glazing windows new front and back doors, take out all hearths.
