Job description:I need a few quotes on a property that I am in the process of purchasing (but have not exchanged contracts yet)and need to renovate - it is a two bedroom conversion apartment on the top floor (in the eeves) which is in need of refurbishment - including generally -new doors, new flooring throughout including stairs, skirting boards, removal of wall-paper and some fixing of plaster/grouting and new paintwork for walls and ceilings,installation of new bathroom set (but tiling seems okay), installation of new hob and stove top as well as a new sink in the kitchen,electrical plugs to be inset into walls, general look at fireplace to see if okay, the replacing of a boiler (in the bedroom)with a combination boiler in the bath or kitchen, and any other general check to ensure all within regulations to be able to let the property out.
