Job description:Install a toilet and sink in a room that's currently being used as a cupboard (directly underneath upstairs toilet). The plaster in the room is more or less shot so will need replastering. There is no electric light in the cupboard (although there is a powerpoint), so this will need to be installed. Also, knock through to outside toilet from kitchen, remove toilet, brick up outside door and put in internal doorway to the kitchen.
